Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided on all orders above $49. We will update you with the track & trace information once your art  or handicraft(s) has been shipped. Choose our express service for super-fast delivery of your parcel.

Shipping Rates and Shipping Time

All orders > 150 € are shipped FREE of charge. For all other orders, the delivery fees are as follows:

For delivery outside the EU, it costs 15 € for Economy and 30 € for express postage. For delivery within the EU, it costs 10 € for Economy and 20 € for express postage.

On average most of our parcel arrives on time with a maximum delivery time of 12 days. However, depending on unpredicted circumstances, it can take up to 21 business days. Choose our express service for super-fast delivery of your parcel.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
